Finca Olivar is a historic estate with deep‑rooted Ibizan heritage. The lovingly restored country house is set on approximately 150,000 sqm of pine forest and farmland, offering absolute privacy in a rural setting.

As the last property on the hill, the finca impresses with its rustic generosity and Mediterranean elegance. Antique wooden elements, exposed timber beams, natural stone walls and carefully selected details give the house a warm and characterful atmosphere. Thick walls and traditional wooden shutters highlight the authentic finca style while ensuring a pleasant indoor climate.

The six bedrooms are generously proportioned and provide a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The romantic master bedroom with four‑poster bed features a private terrace with wide views across the landscape. The en‑suite bathroom with freestanding bathtub and elegant fittings reflects the special charm of the suite. In total, four bedrooms have en‑suite bathrooms, while two additional bedrooms near the entrance share a spacious bathroom.

The rustic kitchen forms the heart of the house and is complemented by two BBQ areas – one of them located directly by the pool and ideal for sociable evenings or special occasions. Terraced gardens lead down to the inviting infinity pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. Below, a yoga platform set beneath mature trees provides the perfect setting for retreats or quiet morning sessions.

Several outdoor lounge and dining areas under olive and carob trees create the ideal atmosphere for long afternoons and memorable sunsets, when the sky turns into a spectacular display of colour.
