Villa Valencia is a charming renovated country farmhouse combining authentic Ibiza character with modern comfort. The fully walled property features cloister‑shaped outdoor areas that create a strong sense of privacy and tranquillity, while still enjoying the convenience of a nearby beach village location.

Upon entering through the electric gate, a private driveway leads to easy parking close to the house. The interiors offer a welcoming colonial feel, enhanced by abundant natural light and a harmonious lateral layout that flows seamlessly onto terraces, gardens and lawn areas.

The main house includes a spacious master bedroom with en‑suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchen sits adjacent to the luminous living room, which features a fireplace and inviting atmosphere.

Beyond the main living spaces, five additional bedrooms are arranged around the central courtyard and overlook the sparkling saltwater swimming pool, creating a peaceful oasis ideal for relaxation. The pool can be heated at an additional cost, making Villa Valencia an excellent option for spring and autumn stays.

Ideally located between Sant Josep and San Antonio, the villa offers easy access to Port des Torrent, Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. The beautiful beaches of Cala Gracio, Cala Gracioneta and Cala Salada are also just a short drive away.
