Finca Serena Norte is an exceptional country estate set in a privileged hilltop position in Ibiza’s “untouched north.” Located less than five minutes from Cala Nova beach, the property combines rural tranquillity with the comfort and service of a boutique retreat.

Surrounded by fragrant herb gardens, mature citrus trees, open countryside and distant sea views, the villa offers a peaceful and spiritual setting immersed in nature. Large lawn areas, forests and sunrise views enhance the sense of space and privacy.

The estate accommodates up to 24 guests across twelve bedrooms. All beds can be configured as doubles or twins for maximum flexibility.

The main house features five bedrooms, while a guest annex offers two bedrooms sharing a bathroom — ideal for families with children. Five new independent suites were added, each with en‑suite bathroom, air conditioning and private living area, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.

The interior living spaces are social yet calming. A cosy reading nook by the fireplace, a stylish TV lounge and a generous dining room overlooking the gardens create inviting communal areas. The professional open‑plan kitchen is directly connected to the breakfast terrace and fully equipped to cater for larger groups. A House Manager and daily breakfast chef are included in the rental price (guests cover the cost of ingredients).

Outdoor living is central to the experience at Finca Serena Norte. The infinity pool with sun loungers, multiple outdoor dining and chill‑out areas, and roof terrace provide ample space for relaxation and gatherings.

For wellness‑focused stays, the property offers a new outdoor gym, fitness equipment, a barrel sauna and a dedicated yoga platform. With central heating, underfloor heating and fibre optic WiFi, the villa is equally suited for winter rentals and year‑round retreats.

Additional amenities include air conditioning in living areas and bedrooms, alarm system, electric entrance gate, private parking, integrated sound system, Smart TV and professional kitchen facilities.
