On the lower level, a separate self‑contained guest apartment offers an additional level of privacy. It features a private bedroom, living room with sofa bed, workspace, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, and its own terrace—ideal for guests seeking extra independence.

The main living level is accessible by elevator or stairs and includes an elegant open living area with dining table, lounge seating, and a large Smart TV with streaming services. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features high‑end appliances, including an American‑style fridge and a premium coffee machine.

The outdoor area is the heart of Villa Julia. A generous terrace offers a large dining table for up to ten guests, an illuminated swimming pool with sun loungers, a chill‑out lounge, and a small fitness and yoga area. A gas barbecue is perfect for relaxed evenings, complemented by an outdoor shower and separate guest toilet. The villa is fully air‑conditioned and also features underfloor heating, making it suitable for year‑round stays.

The upper floor is home to the master bedroom with a double bed, walk‑in wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, shower, double vanity, and toilet. The adjoining balcony terrace boasts exceptional panoramic views over the sea, Dalt Vila, and Formentera. Three additional bedrooms are located on this level, one with an en‑suite bathroom, as well as a further bathroom with bathtub. Most rooms, including the kitchen, are equipped with TVs.

Villa Julia is only occasionally rented to holiday guests and is therefore exceptionally well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Upon request, laundry service, mid‑stay cleaning, and additional services can be arranged. Parking is available directly in front of the property.

Exclusive concierge services are available on request, including yacht and car rental, restaurant and beach club reservations, excursions, water sports, and personalized services. For guest security, exterior surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and in the garden.
