Villa Codola Ibiza enjoys a prime location on Ibiza’s west coast, just 250 metres from the sea, offering breathtaking views across the Mediterranean towards the legendary island of Es Vedra. The setting becomes especially magical at sunset, when pink and coral tones reflect over the water.

The property accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four en‑suite bedrooms are located in the main house, while two additional double bedrooms are situated in the guest house and share a shower room.

The outdoor area is centred around a 13 x 3.5 metre private saltwater swimming pool stretching across the width of the villa. Surrounded by sun loungers, landscaped lawns and spacious terraces, the setting invites long hours of relaxation with uninterrupted sea views. A wooden deck with barbecue area and dining space for up to ten guests provides the perfect setting for al fresco evenings.

Inside, whitewashed walls and polished concrete floors are softened by colourful furnishings and artwork. The open‑plan living area with fireplace flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A standout feature is the master suite on the upper floor, offering a private terrace and a freestanding bathtub with direct sea views towards Es Vedra.

The villa includes air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi, Smart TV, Apple TV, Sonos sound system, alarm system with CCTV, laundry facilities and private parking. Daily housekeeping from Monday to Saturday, weekly linen change and regular outdoor maintenance are included. Minimum stay is seven nights, the security deposit is €3,000, check‑in is from 4:00 pm and check‑out at 10:00 am.
