The main house hosts the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms. A stunning courtyard – an integral extension of the living space opposite the kitchen and dining area – enhances the villa’s open‑air Mediterranean ambiance and features two additional double bedrooms, both with en‑suite shower rooms.

From the covered terrace, steps lead down to the lush garden, home to two further guest bedrooms: one with a Super King bed and one with twin beds, both with en‑suite shower rooms and direct access to the manicured lawns, fruit trees and olive groves.

The master suite offers an Emperor bed, walk‑in wardrobe, dressing area, private terrace and an elegant en‑suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. The second master bedroom features a Super King bed, floor‑to‑ceiling windows with sea views and an en‑suite bathroom complete with roll‑top bath and walk‑in shower. All bedrooms are air‑conditioned and equipped with wardrobes.

Outdoors, the villa unfolds into a spectacular oasis. The 12 x 6 metre saltwater pool, with depths ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 metres, overlooks the sea towards Salinas Beach. Expansive lawns, shaded and open terraces with large sail canopies and elegant sun loungers create the perfect setting for relaxation.

A standout feature is the covered outdoor dining terrace with a handcrafted table seating up to 12 guests. Several chill‑out areas with comfortable sofas are set around a tranquil water feature and fountain, surrounded by fragrant lavender and orange trees. An outdoor bar and barbecue area complete the al fresco experience.

Additional amenities include a poolside shower, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, extra fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.
