Villa Mediterráneo is situated at the highest point of the prestigious and 24/7 secured Vista Alegre community, one of Ibiza’s most exclusive residential areas. Its elevated position ensures spectacular panoramic sea views and unforgettable sunsets.
The villa showcases contemporary architecture with expansive glass façades and refined design details. A striking sculptural staircase, inspired by iconic museum architecture, connects the levels and culminates in a beautifully framed olive tree, creating a dramatic architectural statement.
The pool level forms the heart of the villa. Floor‑to‑ceiling sliding glass doors allow the indoor living space and the pool terrace to merge seamlessly into one expansive area.
