Villa Moderna Ibiza is an architecturally striking modern villa set in a quiet and secluded location in the south of Ibiza, between San José and the renowned beach of Cala Jondal, home to the famous Blue Marlin Ibiza. Clean lines and minimalist architecture are harmoniously complemented by the natural surroundings of tall pine trees, palm trees, and manicured lawns, creating a feeling of exclusive privacy.
At the heart of the property lies the approximately 25‑meter infinity pool, supplied by the villa’s own private well and heatable during the winter months. All living and sleeping areas enjoy direct views over the pool. The expansive outdoor grounds offer several lounge and entertainment areas, including a large outdoor jacuzzi for up to ten guests, a pétanque court, and a unique open‑air cinema. A generous terrace with lounge seating and a large dining table connects the pool area to a private white‑sand zone beneath pine trees, designed as an additional outdoor living space with bar and seating areas.
Inside, the villa combines contemporary design with warm materials such as polished wooden floors, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere despite its clean architectural style. The property features five bright and spacious double bedrooms, all with en‑suite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, and high‑end sound systems. Villa Moderna accommodates up to ten guests and offers two fully equipped kitchens. Daily housekeeping service is included six days per week.
