Fully renovated in 2019, the villa features three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. Light‑filled interiors, air conditioning throughout and several private terraces provide both comfort and privacy for up to six guests.

The fully fenced outdoor area is designed for leisure and enjoyment. Guests can unwind in the heated swimming pool, complete with a children’s plunge section, or relax on the covered BBQ patio with luxurious lounge seating. The property also offers parking for multiple cars.

Cala Vadella beach — one of Ibiza’s most picturesque bays — is just a five‑minute drive away. Restaurants, a beach club and local amenities are close by, while the village of San Josep with larger supermarkets and shops can be reached within 15 minutes.
