Villa Arcadia 50 is a modern and stylish holiday home for up to six guests, located in an exclusive hillside setting near Cala Ratjada on the east coast of Mallorca. The villa’s clean architectural design, large windows and elegant interior create a bright and sophisticated atmosphere while offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding cliffs.

The spacious terrace areas and the sun terrace by the saltwater pool provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Thanks to the glass railing, the sea views remain unobstructed even while swimming in the pool. A shallow section of the pool also makes it suitable for children.

Inside, the villa combines modern design with comfort. Light colours, natural tones and carefully selected furniture create a welcoming and stylish environment. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter while framing beautiful sea views. Shutters and blinds help maintain comfortable temperatures during warm summer days.

The villa offers three comfortable double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a modern bathroom. This level also includes the entrance area and a practical laundry room. The upper floor on the pool level features a spacious living area with terrace access, a guest bathroom with shower and a workspace that is ideal for remote work.

The open kitchen is equipped with high‑quality appliances and connects seamlessly with the dining area. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows allow guests to enjoy wonderful views of the terrace and the sea while dining. Another bedroom with walk‑in wardrobe and en‑suite bathroom provides additional comfort and privacy.

The outdoor area with partly covered terraces, sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue invites guests to enjoy relaxing holiday moments in the Mediterranean climate. The charming bay of Cala Gat can easily be reached on foot, while the lively seaside town of Cala Ratjada with restaurants, cafés, shops and harbour is only a short distance away.
