Luxury Golf Finca Emerald Mallorca is a detached, modern two‑level villa set in a peaceful location near Canyamel, offering wide views over the golf course and the surrounding landscape. Contemporary architecture is combined with high‑quality furnishings, while air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year.
The open‑plan living area is located on the upper floor and is tastefully furnished. A modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a large dining table forms the heart of the villa. The living room features a gas fireplace and opens directly onto a spacious outdoor terrace with chill‑out lounge and dining area, where guests can enjoy impressive views of the greenery.
Also on the upper level is the master suite with en‑suite bathroom, a private small terrace, and a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, all with en‑suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm), while one bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm). From this level, there is direct access to the pool area.
The private swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 4 meters with a depth of up to 1.90 meters and is surrounded by several terraces. A BBQ area complements the outdoor spaces and invites relaxed outdoor living. Parking spaces are available directly on the property. The villa is cleaned twice weekly and is equipped with Wi‑Fi, an alarm system, washing machine, and dryer.

The golf club is independent from the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel and therefore guests must pay the regular green fee.
