Surrounded by approximately 30,000 m² of land, the property offers sweeping panoramic views across the countryside from almost every area—an idyllic setting that combines tranquility, closeness to nature, and Mediterranean ease.

The expansive garden is beautifully landscaped and features numerous secluded corners, chill‑out areas, as well as a pond with water features. The heart of the outdoor area is the 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, providing refreshing relief on warm days. Several covered and open terraces, along with a generous viewpoint terrace, invite guests to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to enjoy relaxed evenings overlooking the surrounding landscape.

Inside, the finca continues its warm and authentic style. The bright, spacious living area is open‑plan and features a fireplace, antique furnishings, and elegant chandeliers that create a particularly cozy atmosphere. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen with high‑quality German appliances offers ideal conditions for relaxed cooking and shared meals. A utility room complements the finca’s functional amenities. Underfloor heating ensures a high level of comfort during the cooler months.

Finca Baranda offers a total of four double bedrooms, each with an en‑suite bathroom. Three bedrooms feature panoramic views and air conditioning. One additional bedroom also offers panoramic views but does not have air conditioning. High‑quality designer beds guarantee restful sleep in a quiet setting.

Thanks to its central location, the authentic villages of Santa Maria del Camí and Alaró are just a short drive away. The picturesque towns of Valldemossa and Deià can be reached in approximately 30 minutes and are perfect for excursions into the Tramuntana mountains.

Included Services

Interior:

Daily housekeeping service including bed making, tidying of bedrooms, provision of fresh towels, and a mid‑week linen change.

Living areas are tidied and cleaned, floors are vacuumed and mopped. The kitchen is cleaned, dishes are washed, and floors are mopped.

Housekeeping service is provided from Monday to Saturday.

No housekeeping service on Sundays.

Exterior:

Daily preparation and tidying of the pool area at the start of each day, including the provision of pool towels and the arrangement of seating and sun‑lounger areas.

Pool cleaning and maintenance are also included.

A gardener and handyman are on site Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and attend to ongoing maintenance as well as exterior cleaning or repairs.

No exterior maintenance or servicing on Sundays.
