In the heart of the charming orange town of Sóller, hidden in a quiet side street, lies Townhouse Ingeborg – an exceptional luxury townhouse that seamlessly blends centuries-old architecture with contemporary design. Spanning approximately 750 m² of living space, the property features six beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to ten guests. Generous communal areas, along with a secluded inner courtyard offering a saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue area, form a private sanctuary of tranquility in the very center of town.

Legendary Swedish DUX beds ensure the highest level of sleeping comfort. The luxurious bathrooms are equipped with premium products from Authentic Beauty Concept, a Dyson Airwrap multi-styler, and a full range of carefully selected amenities designed to provide a truly enjoyable stay. Townhouse Ingeborg is ideally suited for private groups, corporate retreats, or intimate events, offering the exclusive ambiance of a private city residence. It is intentionally not a self-catering property: a daily breakfast is included, while lunch or dinner can be arranged upon request by the in-house private chef, who plans the menu, shops for ingredients, and prepares each meal freshly on site. The cost of ingredients will be charged separately.

The fully equipped main kitchen is reserved exclusively for the private chef and is not available for guest cooking. For guest convenience, a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and wine fridge are available in the dining area.

Modern comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a thoughtfully curated house bar, and a PlayStation 5 complete the offering.

For ultimate relaxation, the infrared sauna provides a serene space to restore both body and mind.

Great emphasis is also placed on sustainability. Heat pumps, efficient water management, waste reduction, and environmentally friendly cleaning and care products all contribute to minimizing the property’s ecological footprint.
