Finca Sa Cova

Finca Sa Cova is a beautifully restored natural stone villa set in a picturesque location within the vineyards between Santa Maria and Alaró in the heart of Mallorca. Surrounded by a 5,700 m² Mediterranean garden, the property offers complete privacy, tranquility and breathtaking panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards stretching all the way to the Tramuntana mountains.

With approximately 380 m² of living space, the finca combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comfort. Spacious living areas include a cosy lounge, an elegant fireplace room and a stylish dining room with a large table, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and enjoying time together.

The finca features four comfortable double bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to six guests, with a maximum occupancy of seven guests in exceptional cases. One bedroom with en‑suite bathroom and terrace access is located on the ground floor. The upper floor offers three additional bedrooms, one with en‑suite bathroom and two sharing a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning providing both cooling and heating.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The large swimming pool (approx. 13 x 6 m) is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and offers a perfect place to relax during warm days. Several covered terraces, chill‑out areas and an outdoor dining space with BBQ create the ideal setting for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. Multiple quiet corners throughout the property offer peaceful retreats.

A unique feature of the finca is a protected natural cave located on the grounds, which serves as a habitat for a rare species of bats. Access to the cave is restricted, but guests may be able to observe the animals at dusk.

The location is ideal for exploring the island. Several renowned wineries are located nearby, while multiple golf courses can be reached within 20 minutes. Palma city is approximately 20 minutes away and the airport can be reached in around 35–40 minutes.
