Sa Punta de S’Aguila, meaning “Eagle’s Point,” is beautifully positioned along a private track above the coastline on Mallorca’s dramatic northwest coast. The villa forms part of the exclusive 810‑acre Son Bunyola estate. Surrounded by vineyards, citrus groves, almond and olive trees, the estate combines heritage charm with refined luxury.

Built in traditional Mallorcan style, the villa features exposed wooden beam ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and expansive terraces framing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, including two spacious master suites and three guest rooms. Several bedrooms offer private terraces, providing tranquil spaces to relax and take in the scenery.

The bright living room with smart TV and satellite channels creates a welcoming gathering space. A fully fitted kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas allow for memorable shared meals overlooking the landscape. Air conditioning and heating ensure year‑round comfort.

The private heated swimming pool is a highlight of the villa, offering panoramic views from the water. Additional amenities include fitness and yoga equipment with treadmill, books, board games and a games console. Guests also have access to a shared tennis court within the estate.
