Sa Terra Rotja is set within the breathtaking 810‑acre Son Bunyola estate on the island’s dramatic northwest coast. Surrounded by vineyards, citrus groves, almond trees and centuries‑old olive trees, the villa blends natural beauty with understated luxury.

Sleeping up to eight guests, the villa offers four spacious bedrooms. The master suite (approx. 301 ft²) features a king bed, stunning sea views, a spacious en‑suite bathroom with a free‑standing bathtub, a desk, a relaxing reading area and a charming small internal window overlooking the lounge below.

Bedrooms two, three and four are equally well appointed with king beds, en‑suite bathrooms and comfortable seating or lounge areas. Large windows frame spectacular sea and mountain views. Each room includes a hairdryer, BOSE mini speaker, laptop‑sized safe, USB plugs and adapters, TV and premium bathroom amenities.

The bright living room with smart TV and satellite channels provides a welcoming space to gather. A fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas allow for memorable shared meals overlooking the landscape. Air conditioning and heating ensure year‑round comfort.

Outdoors, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun‑drenched terraces offering panoramic views. Guests can also enjoy books, board games and a games console, as well as fitness equipment including a treadmill. The villa is conveniently located just steps from the estate’s shared tennis court.
