Son Balagueret is a peaceful and characterful Mallorcan finca steeped in history, set within the expansive 810‑acre Son Bunyola estate on the island’s dramatic northwest coast. Surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and ancient olive trees, the villa offers uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island’s unspoiled landscape.
A defining architectural feature is the villa’s signature turret, dating back to the 13th century, seamlessly integrated into the property. Spread across three levels, Son Balagueret accommodates up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms.
The master suite (approx. 301 ft²) features a king bed, en‑suite bathroom, desk, reading area and views over the charming courtyard and surrounding countryside. Bedroom 2 is located within the historic turret and includes a king four‑poster bed. A curved stairwell leads to its en‑suite bathroom, creating a truly unique and atmospheric space with stunning views.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer king or twin beds, en‑suite bathrooms and beautiful views across the Mediterranean landscape. All rooms include a hairdryer, BOSE mini speaker, laptop‑sized safe, USB plugs and adapters, TV and premium bathroom amenities.
The living room with smart TV and satellite channels provides a welcoming space to gather. A fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas allow for relaxed shared meals. The picturesque courtyard at the heart of the finca offers additional space to unwind in complete privacy.
Outside, the private heated swimming pool overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, creating a serene setting for sun‑soaked days.
