Description & Price information

Villa Son Salas is a unique historic finca dating back to the 16th century, located in the picturesque Sóller valley and surrounded by the spectacular Tramuntana mountains. The property has been carefully restored with great attention to detail, combining authentic Mallorcan charm with modern comfort. Natural stone walls, traditional wooden beams and many preserved historic features create a warm and distinctive atmosphere.

Originally the estate functioned as an olive oil finca. The impressive olive press from 1681 has been beautifully restored and now serves as the remarkable dining room of the house. The estate still produces its own organic olive oil, which guests can enjoy during their stay.

The finca accommodates up to 18 guests in nine comfortable double bedrooms, most of which have en‑suite bathrooms. Spacious living areas, several kitchens, a cinema and games room as well as numerous terraces provide plenty of space to relax and gather.

A daily breakfast is included during the stay, allowing guests to begin their day with fresh regional products in a relaxed setting. Regular housekeeping is also provided so guests can fully enjoy their stay in comfort.

The outdoor areas are equally impressive. A large saltwater swimming pool invites guests to swim and sunbathe, while the private tennis court offers spectacular views across the Sóller valley. Mediterranean gardens, an orchard with citrus trees and many peaceful outdoor spaces make the estate an ideal retreat.

Despite its peaceful and private setting, the finca is only a few minutes from the charming village of Sóller and the lively harbour of Port de Sóller with its restaurants, cafés and beaches.
