Finca La Salve

Finca La Salve is more than just a holiday home – it’s a place with soul. From the moment you arrive, you sense that you’ve entered somewhere truly special. Set on a fully enclosed 9,500 m² estate with its own olive grove, the finca offers privacy, tranquility and a distinctive character.

The property combines Mediterranean architecture with carefully curated influences from Moroccan, Indonesian, African and Tibetan cultures. Hand-carved wooden doors, artistic details and natural materials such as stone and wood create a warm and authentic ambiance throughout the home.

With approximately 260 m² of living space, the finca accommodates up to 6 guests. It features three double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom (on request). The master bedroom on the upper floor includes an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. Two further bedrooms share a bathroom on the lower level.

The stylish living and dining areas open seamlessly onto the outdoor spaces. A covered terrace with a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and stone oven create the perfect setting for relaxed evenings.

The pool area (approx. 10–11 x 5–6 m), complete with pool house and outdoor shower, offers refreshment and relaxation. Multiple chill-out areas provide inviting spaces to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Despite its quiet setting, the charming town of Pollensa is just a short drive away, as are the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcúdia, as well as a nearby golf course.
