The estate consists of an imposing main house and a separate guest house, accommodating up to 20 guests in total. The main house is designed for up to 16 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area for twelve people, a modern TV and media room, Wi‑Fi, smart‑home technology, and air conditioning. During cooler months, central heating and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The adjacent guest house provides additional space for up to four guests, making it ideal for visitors, staff, or family members seeking extra privacy.

From a spacious terrace with a dining table for up to 20 guests and a beautifully landscaped garden, you reach the pool level. Here you will find the large heated saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces, seating areas, and a covered whirlpool. An outdoor shower, pool restroom facilities, and generous lounge areas make this zone the social heart of the estate. The outdoor space is further enhanced by an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor bar, table tennis, and a children’s playground.

Finca Los Leones offers a total of ten stylish double bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The master suite impresses with a king‑size bed, freestanding shower and bathtub, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a separate office and lounge area, TV, safe, private terrace, and stunning sea views. The remaining bedrooms are elegantly furnished and feature double, queen‑size, or twin beds that can be flexibly arranged. All bedrooms have either en‑suite bathrooms or— in the case of the final two rooms—share a high‑quality hallway bathroom with a freestanding shower. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, TVs, safes, and premium materials ensure maximum comfort throughout.
