Finca Can Roig Mallorca is idyllically and quietly situated near the small village of Es Carritxó, offering wide panoramic views across the southeast coast and out to sea. Beaches in the region, local markets, restaurants, and excursion destinations are all within easy reach, making this finca an ideal base for a relaxing yet varied holiday.
The outdoor area invites guests to enjoy Mediterranean living, with several covered terraces, a large charcoal barbecue, and a dining table perfect for meals al fresco. At the center lies the 8 x 4 m kidney‑shaped swimming pool, complemented by a separate children’s pool (0.5 m depth). Sun loungers, parasols, and a partly lawned garden area create a comfortable and family‑friendly environment.
On the ground floor, the finca offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with fireplace, and a living room divided into a TV lounge and a fireplace lounge. Two fireplaces and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth during cooler months. This level also includes a double bedroom with shower bathroom.
The upper floor features three additional double bedrooms and a small TV corner. Two bedrooms enjoy sea views, one of them with a private terrace. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms. All four bedrooms are air‑conditioned, ensuring a high level of comfort.
