Natural stone walls, exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors create an authentic character, while carefully selected design elements such as solid wood tables, driftwood furniture and artistic details add a contemporary, light atmosphere. Surrounded by manicured lawns, ancient olive trees and fragrant gardens, the property offers a private and მშვიდ retreat in nature.
The location is ideal for guests seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the sea. The renowned Mondragó Natural Park with its stunning coves is just a short drive away. Charming villages and the lively town of Cala d’Or with restaurants, cafés and boutiques are also within easy reach. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably.
The finca accommodates up to 10 guests and features five stylish bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The interiors are designed in natural tones with materials such as jute rugs, woven lamps and wood accents. The spacious master suite stands out with a king-size bed, dressing area and a luxurious bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower. One bedroom on the ground floor is accessed via a pergola and offers direct garden access, while a cozy bunk-bed room is ideal for children.
The main living and dining area forms the heart of the property, flowing seamlessly into the fully equipped country-style kitchen. An additional outdoor kitchen enhances the experience, featuring a wood-fired grill and a semi-open dining area—perfect for long evenings under the Mediterranean sky.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation. The elegant infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a covered Bali daybed. A jacuzzi adds an extra level of comfort, while shaded seating areas and a natural stone pool house provide cool retreats. A pétanque court invites guests to enjoy social moments.
Es Rotagut is designed for slowing down and enjoying life. Regular housekeeping, including linen and towel changes, as well as garden and pool maintenance, are included. The property is also suitable for special occasions upon request.

Price information
The cleaning service takes place twice per week: one full cleaning and one intermediate cleaning.
On Saturdays, bed linen and towels are additionally changed.
The final cleaning upon departure is included.
