The following cleaning fees are not included in the rental price:

For bookings of up to 7 days, a final cleaning fee of EUR 400.00 will be charged additionally.

For bookings of 8 days or more, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory at a cost of EUR 275.00.

For bookings of 14 days or more, the final cleaning is included in the rental price.

For bookings of 8 to 13 days, the final cleaning is charged on a pro‑rated basis.
