Finca Flor de la vida

Finca Flor de la Vida is a unique retreat in the southeast of Mallorca – a place filled with positive energy, tranquility, and natural beauty. Located between Son Macià and Felanitx and set within the island’s gentle hills, the finca offers majestic panoramic views with distant sea views over Sant Salvador, Cabrera, and the fading Tramuntana mountains. An atmosphere that allows guests to feel at ease from the very first moment. Modern architecture, natural materials, and traditional elements combine to create a harmonious living experience, ideal for couples, friends, and those seeking peace and relaxation.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious open‑plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table seating up to eight people, and a cozy living room with fireplace. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open onto the terrace and Mediterranean garden. This level also offers two stylish double bedrooms with en‑suite bathrooms, as well as a small bedroom with a pull‑out bed and direct access to the breakfast terrace with herb garden. A separate guest WC completes this floor.

The upper floor is dedicated entirely to the master bedroom. The comfortable bed (2.20 x 2.20 m) offers sweeping panoramic views across Mallorca’s rolling countryside. The en‑suite bathroom features a shower and a separate whirlpool bathtub, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Bedrooms in the tower area are equipped with mains isolation switches to reduce electromagnetic exposure. Wi‑Fi can be activated if desired, allowing guests to decide how connected or how quiet their stay should be.

The outdoor area is an oasis for body and mind. Facing south and southwest, the finca offers spectacular panoramic views with both sea and mountain views, as well as some of the most beautiful sunsets in the region. In the evening, warm golden light bathes the hills, the infinity pool, and the surrounding landscape – a moment many guests describe as truly magical. The outdoor area includes the infinity pool, several terraces, an outdoor sauna (available on request), a BBQ area with BBQ house, stylish chill‑out zones, and a lawn area. Below the terrace, a natural garden enhances the sense of peace and authenticity.

Upon request, the finca can be operated almost entirely off‑grid. Solar and photovoltaic systems, along with a water filtration system, provide sustainable energy and supply. From the planning stage onward, great emphasis was placed on energy efficiency and the use of natural materials to create a holistic sense of well‑being.

The finca is particularly suited for adults and guests seeking tranquility, and is well suited for children aged 14 and above.
