Villa Mary Blue is located in the exclusive residential area of Monport above Port d’Andratx, offering privacy, tranquility and stunning southwest-facing views over the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea.
Completed in 2021, the villa combines contemporary design with high-end materials and state-of-the-art technology. The open-plan living and dining area features a stylish gas fireplace, Smart TVs and a SONOS sound system, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped designer kitchen with premium Miele appliances is ideal for entertaining.
The villa offers five luxurious bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and elegant interiors. The master suite includes a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower, while the guest suites feature modern semi-open bathroom concepts and private terrace access.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with multiple terraces, a lounge area, a fully equipped summer kitchen and an alfresco dining space for up to 10 guests. The heated pool ensures comfort year-round, and the covered terrace can be transformed into a cozy winter lounge.
The private spa area includes a Finnish sauna, steam bath, indoor jacuzzi and relaxation spaces. A private wine bodega adds an exclusive touch for connoisseurs.
